Who we are: Your data is being processed by the Campaign for Real Ale, (Chelmsford & Mid Essex Branch). Head office 230 Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire. Why are we collecting your data: We are collecting your data in order to communicate with you regarding your offer to volunteer at the Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival 2025 and to advise you of other Festivals arranged by Chelmsford & Mid Essex CAMRA within the period detailed below (12 months).
What Lawful reason are we processing your data under: The lawful reason for processing has been designated as consent to communicate. The processing of your data is purely done at your request in relation to the consent to communicate.
Processing your data: We will not pass your details to any third parties. Your data will be processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations and only processed by authorised CAMRA individuals (eg. our volunteering team).
How long will we keep your data for? We will keep your data for a period of 12 months after the end of our Summer Festival 2025 (until 14th July 2026). After which time it will be securely destroyed.
