
On Friday 17th and Saturday 18th July 2026, Nola Bayou wil be serving delicious food at the festival.
Nola Bayou Kitchen specialise in real wood smoked brisket of beef and pulled pork, along with Cajun coated fried buttermilk chicken tenders and shrimp. We serve these in a large white roll in the style of a Po’boy sandwiches which originate from New Orleans.
We are also able to cater for vegans, vegetarian, and gluten free.
We source the finest ingredients from local suppliers. We take great care and pride in how we prepare, smoke and present our meats all with a Deep South vibe.
