- Fairfield Farms Crisps
Fairfields Farm is an Essex-based crisps producer, with each pack made from potatoes grown at the farm and fried there too. Available in 8 flavours, all gluten free.
Come along and say hello to our friendly people, they like a nice smile, and buy a packet (or two) of our great crisps.
- Hopleaf Catering
Hopleaf have been providing high quality catering in Chelmsford for many years and are delighted to be back at the Beer Festival. Our Burgers and Sausages are delicious and hand made locally in Galleywood then barbecued over charcoal. Our famous Hot Chilli Relish, made by us to our own recipe, will be available. Try our new “Dirtydog” with our own cheese sauce and crispy onions.
We are renowned for our home-made restaurant style curries and will have a selection available throughout the festival. Madras and Korma are the favourite, served with rice or chips, others will be available add Bhaji & Samosa to make a real meal of it. Watch out for updates on our facebook page “hopleafcatering”
- Nola Bayou
On Friday 17th and Saturday 18th July 2026, Nola Bayou wil be serving delicious food at the festival.
Nola Bayou Kitchen specialise in real wood smoked brisket of beef and pulled pork, along with Cajun coated fried buttermilk chicken tenders and shrimp. We serve these in a large white roll in the style of a Po’boy sandwiches which originate from New Orleans.
We are also able to cater for vegans, vegetarian, and gluten free.
We source the finest ingredients from local suppliers. We take great care and pride in how we prepare, smoke and present our meats all with a Deep South vibe.

The Vine Cellar
We are The Vine Cellar and are looking forward to returning to the CAMRA Chelmsford Summer Beer and Cider Festival this year.
You can look forward to a well-rounded selection of wines from Crisp White wines, bold and interesting Reds, and fresh and fruity Rosé wines perfect for the summer.
To complement our range, we will be serving a delectable Prosecco, The Emissary DOC and a classic English Sparkling wine from Greyfriars Vineyard both in white and Rosé!
We have also expanded our Gin range so come and discover Gins from Essex, Hertfordshire and London paired with artisan tonics.
We will also be serving a special range of Gin cocktails hand finished with fresh fruit garnishes.
